B2B orders, purchasing, stock, and statements

Wholesale management software for the full order and stock story.

Connect B2B quotations and customer orders to purchasing, partial receiving, warehouse stock, partial fulfillment, invoicing, statements, and margin reporting.

The workflow problem

Wholesale volume becomes harder to trust when catalog, order, warehouse, and account records drift apart.

A broad SKU catalog and repeat B2B orders create many linked decisions: what can be promised, what must be purchased, what actually arrived, what shipped, and what remains due. Zivanox keeps those supported lifecycle records distinct and connected so teams can inspect the same operating truth.

Connected execution

Follow the record across the operating boundary.

Scope questions

Clear answers before a beta conversation.

Can wholesalers track partial receipts and partial shipments?

Yes. Supported workflows keep Purchase Orders separate from partial or final Goods Receipts and allow multiple partial fulfillments against reserved Sales Order quantities.

Are customer and supplier statements supported?

Yes. Bounded statements are derived from posted invoices or bills, allocations, receipts or payments, and supported credit records.

Are supplier returns supported in the first beta?

Only supported receipt-linked cases under the reviewed inventory-cost and supplier-liability policy. Eligibility is checked before posting; other return cases remain outside the first-beta scope.

Can a wholesaler sign up instantly?

No. Zivanox remains invite-only. Closed Beta requests are reviewed for workflow fit, data readiness, accounting ownership, and launch boundaries before any tenant is approved.

Operational outcomes

Make the handoff easier to inspect and operate.

The value comes from accountable records and clearer transitions, not an unsupported performance promise.

B2B order continuity

Quotation, order, reservation, fulfillment, invoice, and receipt remain connected without collapsing their lifecycle states.

Partial work stays visible

Receiving, fulfillment, and invoicing can progress in bounded quantities with remaining work still identifiable.

Balances buyers can inspect

Customer and supplier statements are derived from posted documents, allocations, and credits inside the accepted scope.
