Who operates this website

Zivanox is a pre-launch business software project operated by Mithilesh Kumar under the Zivanox brand.

Zivanox is not yet incorporated. No company registration number, office address, governing jurisdiction, or statutory certification is asserted by this website. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@zivanox.com.

Information you submit

The request-access form asks for name, work email, company, role, company-size range, country or region, primary area of interest, and a bounded description of an operational challenge. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, employee or customer records, health information, financial credentials, or other sensitive records.

Why the information is used

Request information is used to assess potential Closed Beta fit, conduct human review, contact you about the request, record its review status, prevent duplicate submissions, and protect the form from abuse. It is not used for unrelated advertising. A submission does not create a product account, organization, invitation, purchase, subscription, or entitlement.

Providers and processing locations

Vercel hosts and delivers the marketing website and may process ordinary technical delivery and security data. Neon stores accepted lead records in the isolated Zivanox marketing database in Frankfurt. Zoho Mail provides the human contact mailboxes. These systems are separate from the Zivanox Business OS database and its product email configuration.

Provider infrastructure and authorized operator access may involve processing across countries. This notice does not claim a specific statutory transfer mechanism or legal classification. Those matters will be reviewed before commercial contracting or any materially broader processing begins.

Security and abuse controls

The form uses same-origin checks, bounded server-side validation, allowlisted values, a honeypot, completion-time checks, duplicate handling, transactional rate limits, and generic public errors. Client abuse keys are HMAC-derived; raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead database. Submitted form values, database URLs, and secrets are excluded from application logs by design. These are factual controls, not a security certification or warranty.

Retention and earlier deletion

Closed Beta request records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission. Records may be deleted earlier when a request is withdrawn, duplicated, abusive or spam, declined, or clearly outside the current fit. A protected daily retention process uses a least-privilege database role and records aggregate execution evidence without copying lead details into its audit history.

Your request about submitted information

To ask about access, correction, export, or deletion of a request, email privacy@zivanox.com. The operator may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns you or that you are authorized to act for the relevant business. This operational contact route does not assert rights, deadlines, or remedies under a particular jurisdiction.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This website does not use marketing analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, third-party embeds, external fonts, localStorage, or sessionStorage for marketing tracking. It does not use submitted information for unrelated advertising. If those facts change, the notice and consent position will be reviewed before the change is activated.

Changes and contact

Material changes to the information collected, purposes, providers, retention, tracking, or commercial scope require a fresh privacy, security, and publication review.
