Terms of use
Effective 3 October 2026. These terms cover only this informational website and requests to be considered for a controlled Closed Beta. External legal counsel has not reviewed these terms. They are not product subscription terms, a customer agreement, or an authorization to contract with a commercial customer.
Operator and current status
Zivanox is a pre-launch business software project operated by Mithilesh Kumar under the Zivanox brand.
Zivanox is not yet incorporated. This website does not claim an LLC, private limited company, UAE-licensed entity, registration number, public office, governing law, dispute venue, or statutory certification.
Website purpose
The site presents factual information about Zivanox and provides a route to express interest in a human-reviewed Closed Beta. Product scope, roadmap, availability, and future commercial plans may change. Website information should not be treated as a promise of a future feature, date, price, integration, or market launch.
Closed Beta requests
Submitting interest does not create an account, organization, invitation, contract, purchase, paid subscription, entitlement, or guarantee of acceptance. There is no public product signup, automatic tenant creation, payment, or checkout. Any invitation or later product use requires a separate approval and may require a separately reviewed agreement and onboarding checks.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, probe security without written authorization, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, automate abusive requests, or place credentials, payment information, regulated records, or other sensitive data in the request form.
Content, marks, and product material
The Zivanox name, product material, website content, and interface captures are presented for evaluation of the pre-launch project. Access to this website does not grant a licence to use the Zivanox name, copy product material, access source code, or represent an affiliation. Any permission beyond ordinary website viewing requires written approval from the operator or the relevant rights holder.
Availability, support, and third parties
The website and Closed Beta request route may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn during evaluation. No public uptime SLA, support SLA, pricing commitment, refund term, payment service, or production availability promise is offered here. Links to the invited-user application or other services may lead to systems with their own access controls and terms.
No commercial contracting through this website
Commercial customer contracting is not authorized through this website. No governing-law clause, venue selection, warranty exclusion, liability cap, indemnity, or commercial remedy is asserted here. Any future commercial relationship requires a separately approved written agreement appropriate to the operator, customer, product scope, and applicable jurisdictions.
Privacy and contact

Changes
Material changes to the website scope, operator status, data use, public signup, payments, or commercial availability require a fresh publication review. The effective date above will be updated when these terms materially change.
