One operating thread from enquiry to margin

Trading and distribution software for UAE businesses.

Connect CRM, sales, procurement, lot-aware inventory, fulfillment, finance, and reporting in one Business OS for growing UAE trading teams.

The workflow problem

Trading teams lose control when customer demand, supplier commitments, stock, and accounts live in separate systems.

An enquiry can become a quotation, order, purchase requirement, warehouse movement, invoice, and financial result. Re-entering that story creates conflicting quantities and late answers. Zivanox keeps the supported records connected while preserving each approval, handoff, and accounting boundary.

Connected execution

Follow the record across the operating boundary.

Each stage has a specific responsibility, source, and accountable transition.

  1. 01

    Qualify and quote

Carry customer and opportunity context into an attributable quotation.

  2. 02

    Confirm and reserve

Convert accepted terms into a Sales Order and reserve available stock.

  3. 03

    Purchase and receive

Use supplier, Purchase Order, and partial Goods Receipt records to bring stock in.

  4. 04

    Fulfill and invoice

Ship supported quantities through partial fulfillments and fulfillment-based invoices.

  5. 05

    Reconcile and report

Trace receipts, payments, AR/AP, statements, valuation, COGS, margin, and reports.

Scope questions

Clear answers before a beta conversation.

Who is the first Zivanox Trading beta designed for?

A trading, wholesale, or distribution SME with a manageable catalog, one to three warehouses or branches, base-currency operations, named Finance and operations owners, and a willingness to use a supervised rollout.

Can Zivanox support partial receiving, fulfillment, and invoicing?

Yes. The accepted scope includes partial or final Goods Receipts, multiple partial fulfillments, and fulfillment-based partial customer invoices with controls against duplicate or excess billing.

Does Zivanox automate statutory tax filing or advanced FX accounting?

No. The first controlled beta does not claim UAE VAT filing, India GST filing, automated realized or unrealized FX accounting, or statutory country packs.

How does access begin?

Every request is reviewed by a person. Approved users are invited only after fit, security, accounting inputs, onboarding boundaries, and the required business approvals are agreed.

Operational outcomes

Make the handoff easier to inspect and operate.

The value comes from accountable records and clearer transitions, not an unsupported performance promise.

Fewer record resets

Customer, product, order, warehouse, and Finance context moves through one governed chain.

Stock with commercial meaning

On-hand, reserved, received, shipped, and available quantities retain attributable sources.

Margin with a trail

Accepted moving-average valuation and COGS records can be reconciled to supported source activity.
