Orders and inventory across accountable locations

Distribution management software for connected warehouses and Finance.

Coordinate customer orders, reservations, procurement, receiving, stock movement, fulfillment, invoicing, collections, AR/AP, and operational reporting across supported branches and warehouses.

The workflow problem

Distribution decisions slow down when each branch, warehouse, and office has a different view of the same order.

Teams need to distinguish physical stock from reserved and available quantity, then relate every inbound and outbound movement to a source. Zivanox connects those supported records to customer orders and Finance without pretending to be a route-planning, fleet, GPS, or courier platform.

Connected execution

Follow the record across the operating boundary.

Each stage has a specific responsibility, source, and accountable transition.

Scope questions

Clear answers before a beta conversation.

Can Zivanox separate on-hand, reserved, and available stock?

Yes. Supported inventory projections distinguish physical on-hand quantity from active reservations and the quantity still available for supported workflows.

Does Zivanox include route planning or fleet management?

No. The accepted scope covers business and warehouse records. It does not claim route optimization, fleet dispatch, GPS, proof of delivery, or courier TMS capability.

Can teams work across more than one warehouse?

The product supports branches, warehouses, locations, stock transfers, reservations, and attributable movements. The first beta is intentionally aimed at a manageable one-to-three location rollout.

What must be approved before a real tenant starts?

The customer must approve base currency, chart and account mappings, opening inventory values, roles, warehouses, operating boundaries, and reconciliation totals before controlled activation.

Operational outcomes

Make the handoff easier to inspect and operate.

The value comes from accountable records and clearer transitions, not an unsupported performance promise.

Location-aware stock

Warehouse and location records keep on-hand, reserved, and available quantity meaningful.

Movement provenance

Receiving, transfers, adjustments, fulfillment, and supported returns retain attributable source records.

Operational and financial review

Supported branch, stock, customer, supplier, and margin reports stay close to governed source activity.

Distribution owners and operations leaders

Coordinate demand, supply, stock, and financial review across a bounded branch and warehouse footprint.

Sales, purchasing, warehouse, and Finance teams
