Security boundaries designed into the operating system.

Zivanox protects access and operational context through layered, tested controls. This page states implemented facts, not certifications.

Control model

Protection follows the work.

Controls span identity, authorization, tenant resolution, sensitive transitions, database access, and recovery operations.

Tenant boundaries

Organization context is resolved on the server and enforced through authorization checks.

MFA and roles

Authenticator-based MFA and role-based permissions protect account and workflow access.

Audited workflows

Sensitive operational and accounting actions use immutable records and audit history.

Least privilege

Application runtime and migration database responsibilities are separated.

Boundary map

Six layers of operating control.

Each layer addresses a distinct responsibility and avoids relying on one control to protect the entire system.

01

Account

Authenticator-based MFA and server-managed sessions.

02

Authorization

Role permissions gate module and workflow actions.

03

Tenant

Organization context is derived and enforced on the server.

04

Workflow

Sensitive lifecycle changes retain immutable audit history.

05

Database

Runtime and migration roles remain separate and least privileged.

06

Recovery

Protected production and an isolated restore rehearsal support recovery readiness.

Request boundary

Identity, tenant, permission, data responsibility.

  1. 01MFA session
  2. 02Server tenant
  3. 03Role permission
  4. 04Workflow control
  5. 05Audit history

Clear evidence matters more than broad labels.
